Add "outbox" on send messages tab

Description

When sending messages, no feedback is provided when the message is sent. In order to provide this feedback and provide the user with some history of sent messages, some sort of outbox would be a nice to have feature.

This outbox would remember the last few messages with a timestamp and Correlation ID for example. Dragging a sent message to a queue should send it again and selecting it would enter the information in to the right pane of the Window.

"Outbox" would be more for messages to be send. I think "Send Items" or "History" would be a more appropriate name for the box. Should this "Outbox" contain the messages in memory, or persist them to disk? Should the message be shared with other instances of SMM?
